Android 7.1 is latest and greatest android from Google. While getting updates on stock ROMs to take years to arrive so better flash a custom rom. Here we present stock-based AOSP EXTENDED ROM for Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime.

The project has been made by cherry-picking various commits from various other projects. Being based on AOSP it provides a smooth and lag-free experience out of the box. Flashing Method –

1. Download the ROM – Click Here


2. Download GApps – Click Here


3. Boot to TWRP Recovery [ Tutorial to Install TWRP recovery – Click Here]


4. Take backup of Full Existing ROM


5. Wipe Data,Cache,System and dalvik


6. Install ROM Package and GApps Package


7. Reboot

[First boot will take few minutes! Keep patience]
