Chinese Electronics giant Xiaomi are set to reveal the second version of their bezel-less full screen display smartphone Mi Mix. Mi Mix is credited for bringing the 18:9 trend into the mainstream smartphone market. According to latest reports emerging from China, the Mi Mix 2 is on it's way sporting the Snapdragon 845 chipset.

According to an image which surfaced recently, the Mi Mix 2 boasts of a huge Antutu benchmark score of 270k. This score vastly exceeds the score of a Snapdragon 835 thus prompting people into believing that the Mi Mix 2 will come with a Snapdragon 845.

Xiaomi plan to unveil the Mi Mix 2 at the Mobile World Congress to be held in Barcelona to be held later this month. They will be competing with the likes of Samsung Galaxy s9 and s9+ .Below is the image of Mi Mix 2's Antutu benchmark score.

If the print is confirmed, we can see an amazing result. According to the image, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S scored 270,461 in Antutu, which significantly exceeds the values of Snapdragon 845.

The leaked specs explicitly lists a 5.99-inch screen, a mammoth 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for the smartphone, as well as the aforementioned beastly Qualcomm chipset. But perhaps more impressive still is the included render of the phone and what is described as Full Screen design 3.0. It really does take the edge-to-edge display concept to a whole new level.

It could be possible that the Mi Mix 2 sports a on screen fingerprint sensor as it lacks a dedicated fingerprint sensor. The handset will also feature a dual-camera setup on the back. This will be a welcome change for many Xiaomi fans who complained about the average camera on the Mi Mix 2.

All in all it seems to be a very exciting entry into the fiercely competitive smartphone market
