The heavily anticipated game based on the hit anime 'Tokyo Ghoul' is finally available in play store in a select few countries.

This maybe the case, but gamers who live outside these countries (Australia, New Zealand and Ireland) who just cant wait to get their hands on the game can play by using emulation software like Bluestacks via their PC. Although, it is to be noted that running an unofficial version of the game does pose its own risks.

The full launch of the game has faced its own hurdles. It was expected to hit the Play store and Apple App Store at the end o 2016, but that deadline wasn't met. In the recent days, there has been news of development with the soft launch of the game.

GameSamba is still countinually developing the game and fixing any bugs and issues that the game may have. There is an upside to waiting for the final release, such that it will be more refined and bug free.

Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War was officially authorized by Studio Pierrot, the animation studio responsible for the hit anime that the game is based on. Having the studio's approval, the game contains cut scenes from the original clips of the anime.

The game consists of three different gameplay modes: Single player, Pvp mode and a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) inspired multiplayer mode. In this mode, players will participate in 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5 matches .There are around 50 characters to choose, from Kaneki Ken to Kishou Arima, the players may combine ghouls, hybrids and ghoul investigators to form their party.

The game is expected to be launched in other countries, with a global launch aimed at the end of 2018 for both Android and iOS devices.
